About Leah
It all started when my sister was diagnosed with celiac disease and food had to change for our whole family. I got a crash course in how deeply food affects our health—and I never looked back. Years later, after giving birth to my son at home, I found myself feeling depleted, anxious, and completely out of sync. I was doing all the “right” things… and still didn’t feel right. Then I got my hormones tested and everything clicked.

My cortisol was sky high. My nervous system was fried. And my gut? Let’s just say it wasn’t thriving.

But once I started learning how to eat for my hormones, lower my stress load, and live in sync with my body… everything changed.
Now I help other women do the same.
My Philosophy Is Simple:
Your body knows how to heal. You just need the right tools and a guide to help you use them.

As a Clinical Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience (and a mama myself!), I’ve helped hundreds of women take back their health by tuning into what their bodies really need.
