Nourished Motherhood

From the very first moment you realize you want to start your family, to when you hear that heartbeat to the profound moments immediately following birth, your body, spirit, and emotions evolve in ways that are both miraculous and challenging. Understanding the importance of holistic health during this time is crucial, and that's where we come in!

And that's where we come in! We've created this three part workshop series, Nourished Motherhood, to support your throughout all the stages of motherhood.
Each series will include three classes; details and dates listed below.

"Celebrating the beautiful journey to motherhood and beyond"

Michelle Cerami
Licensed Midwife & Breastfeeding Specialist

Michelle Cerami is a licensed midwife, certified professional midwife, breastfeeding specialist, birth & fertility educator, and yoga teacher. She has been serving families throughout south Florida since 2015. She’s a home birthing mother of three who is passionate about physiology and autonomous birth. Her private practice, East Coast Midwifery, is rooted in traditional mother centered care. Families in her care are truly supported and deeply loved.

Leah Negrin
Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition

Leah grew up in New York State and graduated with her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from State University of New York at Stonybrook. She and her engineer husband settled down in Palm Beach County a few years ago.

Leah's journey to nutrition started many years ago when her sister was diagnosed with celiac disease and food had to change for the family. From there, along her own health journey she's helped people not only figure out what to eat but how to do it so that it can work for them sustainably. For almost seven years she’s been counseling people on their nutrition and weight loss journeys.

Since birthing her baby boy at home earlier this year she's been incredibly passionate about helping other women who are pregnant and new mothers with their nutrition. Eating healthy for your pregnant body and your postpartum self is a game changer for both mother and baby.
