Meet Leah 💛

Hi, I’m Leah!
I grew up in New York State and earned my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from SUNY Stony Brook. These days, I live in Little Rock, Arkansas with my engineer husband and our sweet two-year-old son (who was born at home ✨).

How it started…

My path into nutrition began when my sister was diagnosed with celiac disease. Food had to change for our whole family, and I saw firsthand how powerful (and overwhelming) nutrition can be. That experience lit a fire that’s been burning for over 10 years, helping people navigate their health, weight loss, and gut health journeys.
But everything shifted when I became a mom. After pregnancy and postpartum, I realized just how life-changing it is when women are properly nourished. Supporting women through those seasons became my mission.

How it got personal…

Even with all my training, I knew something was off. I felt exhausted, stressed, and totally out of sync.
When I finally tested my hormones, the results floored me: cortisol through the roof, imbalances everywhere. No wonder I felt so disconnected.
So I rebuilt from the inside out. I learned to:

I’ve tried other programs before -what makes this different?

What if I’m on birth control—can I still benefit?
Absolutely. While the program focuses on supporting your natural cycle, we also work on core foundations like gut health, blood sugar, nervous system regulation, thyroid support, and reducing inflammation. These benefits apply whether you’re cycling naturally, on birth control, or transitioning off.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Plan for about 1–2 hours total. That includes our biweekly live calls, simple food logging (just a few days per month), and implementing small, sustainable shifts into your daily routine. It’s designed to fit into real life, not take it over.
What if I miss a live group call—are replays available?
Yes! Every call is recorded and uploaded to your private portal. You can catch up on your own time and still ask follow-up questions inside the community space.
Do I need to track my food every day?
Nope. We keep it light. You’ll log for just a week which gives me enough to spot patterns and give you tailored feedback -without you feeling chained to an app.
I’ve never done food logging before—how does that work?
You’ll use a simple app or template I provide, and I’ll walk you through it. It’s not about calorie counting—it’s about learning how your food impacts your hormones, energy, and mood.
Are the recipes complicated, or will I need special ingredients?
Not at all. The cycle-supportive recipe book is full of easy, everyday meals with ingredients you can find at any grocery store. Think simple, hormone-friendly meals that taste good and make sense for busy women.
What kind of community space is included? (Facebook group, Slack, etc.)
You’ll be invited into a private group (off social media) where you can ask questions, share wins, and connect with other women who “get it.” It’s a safe space for support, encouragement, and accountability.
What kind of results can I realistically expect in 3 months?
While results vary, most women report more energy, better cycles (less PMS, cramps, irregularity), improved digestion, and feeling calmer in their bodies. Many also see reduced bloating, clearer skin, and more confidence in knowing what actually supports their hormones.
Is this program safe if I’m postpartum or breastfeeding?
Yes—with modifications. Everything is customized to your season of life. I’ll give you strategies that support healing, milk supply, and energy without restriction or overwhelm.


Do you cover exercise/movement or just nutrition?
Nutrition is the foundation, but I also weave in guidance on movement, nervous system support, low-tox swaps, and lifestyle changes. Think of it as whole-body hormone support—not just “what’s on your plate.”

What happens after the 3 months—can I continue working with you?
